Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use MOY IQ, including with a screen reader, keyboard only, zoom or reduced motion. This statement covers this site (moyiq.app), the app (app.moyiq.app) and MOY IQ Invest (invest.moyiq.app).
Standard we follow
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Current status: partially conformant
We check the site and the app with the axe automated tool and with manual tests (keyboard, 320 px width, dark mode and reduced motion). In the latest review, on October 20, 2026, the main pages of this site and the app's demo and sign-in screens show no automated violations. An automated tool does not catch everything, which is why we say "partially conformant" and not "conformant".
Known limitations
- Some charts in the app (the category donut and the income and expense bars) do not have a complete text alternative yet.
- The app's warning color does not reach the 4.5:1 minimum contrast in every case.
- Some app screens do not have all the headings and regions screen readers expect yet.
- The documentation for the previous version (/docs) was not reviewed: it describes a product that no longer exists and is not linked from the site.
We are fixing these. This page is updated when they change.
Report a barrier
If something does not work with the way you browse, email support@moyiq.app with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the technology you use (for example, your screen reader and browser). We usually reply within 1 business day and, if the fix takes longer, we offer you another way to get the information or complete the task.
Legal framework
Whether the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) applies to MAXNOVA & LUCI Global LLC is under review with our legal advisor. In the meantime, we apply the same standard to every user, whatever their country.
