License Terms

The plan you use determines how you may use MOY IQ. Starter is free and never expires; Pro is a subscription that renews automatically.

MOY IQ Starter — free personal-use license

Allowed

  • Unlimited personal use, at no cost and with no time limit
  • Budget, income, expenses, debt tracking and goals
  • Optional encrypted sync across your own devices
  • Full export of your data (JSON/CSV) at any time

Not allowed

  • Commercial use with clients (requires the Pro plan)
  • Reselling or redistributing access in any form

MOY IQ Pro — subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year)

While your Pro subscription is active, MAXNOVA & LUCI Global LLC grants you a license that includes everything in Starter, plus:

Allowed

  • Professional use with up to 30 clients while the subscription is active
  • Advisor Mode: status signals, alerts and a professional PDF report for client work
  • PDF report export
  • Multi-currency
  • Country-specific tax tools (401(k) in the US, APV in Chile, PPR in Portugal, deductions and more)
  • Debt payoff simulator (avalanche and snowball)

Not allowed

  • Sharing the license key with third parties (each advisor needs their own license)
  • Reselling access or charging third parties to use your instance
  • Using the "MOY IQ" name or brand as your own

Pro subscription: renewal and cancellation

When you subscribe to Pro, you choose monthly (US$4.99) or annual (US$39.99) billing. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (every month or every year) and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel online at any time at moyiq.app/en/cancel.html, instantly in the Stripe customer portal (with the email of your purchase) or by writing to support@moyiq.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep Pro until then. There are no partial refunds for unused time, except under the 14-day technical guarantee, the EU consumer right of withdrawal and where mandatory law in your country requires one (details in the Terms of Use).

When you cancel, or if a renewal charge can't be processed, your account moves automatically to the Starter plan. You keep your data; you only lose access to Pro features.

Enterprise and white-label

Redistributing MOY IQ under your own brand, multi-instance use for clients or custom integrations are contracted separately. Write to support@moyiq.app for a proposal.

Warranties and limitations

Except for the 14-day technical guarantee and as set out in the Terms of Use, the software is provided "as is", without other express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the same extent, in no event shall MAXNOVA & LUCI Global LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software. MOY IQ's financial analysis features provide general guidance and are not certified financial, tax or legal advice.

Intellectual property

MOY IQ is the property of MAXNOVA & LUCI Global LLC. The license does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
